I would need your advice, I will be grateful for any information.
We sell vitamin packages for subscription. We use woocommerce subscriptions and are looking for a plug-in for a feedback survey when someone cancels a subscription. I am looking for a free plug-in for up to 50 responses per month. Could you please advise me a plug-in compatible with woocommerce and wordpress?

What is would do is to create a survey form with elementor or wp-forms, metform.
Then i would go to Make.com or zapier, and automate it trough there. Everytine you get a purchase set an automatic email with the link to your survey.
If you don’t know how to use the automations there are also pligins for it.
