Help Popup?

Can someone help me? I just created a popup to appear on the website of the company I work for, in a normal tab in my default browser (firefox) the popup appears correctly, but in other browsers such as chrome and safari, and even anonymously in firefox, the popup appears in a strange way, in the upper left corner of the screen, without the styles I defined.

  1. are caches properly flushed? static asset versions correctly set? any errors in browser console?
