However, I don’t know how to do it. Could someone help me? I’m not using any code, just the site editor.

1. You’re probably going to need to write some code for this. Maybe Revolution Slider can do something like that or maybe there is another plugin. I’d google something like “javascript jquery explore scroll background image”.
2. I don’t think there is a lot of value in that design as far as user experience. It’s more of a “woah this is unique” design, but doesn’t really encourage users to explore your site. Maybe that is important to you and your business, maybe not.
