Help With Blog Page Builder

Hello, I have the following issue.
\- I have two blogs made in WordPress. When I want to create a blog post on one website I have a good-looking menu that’s easy to use. ( The first photo)

And on the other website, I have a generic WordPress post dashboard.

How can I change the second website to look like the first one? Thank you!
