I currently have a site built by WordPress.com, Hosted by Hostinger. This is for my own company, I’ve been working through carrying out SEO bits and pieces, although I think it’s time I rebuild the whole site, just as it isn’t as user-friendly on Mobile as I would like it to be, and I want to add a number of new pages and go for a different theme.

What I’m after is help with how to build a second website on [Wordpress.com]) while keeping my existing one live. I’m sure there used to be an option of building further websites from the same WP account, in the background while my existing website is still live. Can someone point me in the right direction please on how I can do this without affecting changes to my current live site?

I want to build the new one, new theme, and new content, and then eventually switch over from the old one to the new one on the same domain.
