Help with checkout

Hello everyone, I have a small issue with my website. Im using the Tickera plugin for museum tickets, and when using the "Cash" option for checkout it crashes (Fatal Error). I really have no more info and have tried deactivating plugin and deleting the pages (as suggested in the FAQ of the plugin). Can anyone give me a hand?? Sorry if it sounds bad, English not my first language
