Help with formatting titles for posts

[ad_1]

Hello all, I was trying to publish a blog post to my website and ran into some trouble. I am new to wordpress so I feel like I may have just missed something here –

So when I go to add my title on this Elementor interface, I am unable to edit the actual formatting of the title (font size, font color, alignment etc.). I’m only able to add the text – as you can imagine, this creates a very ugly looking blog post because the rest of the blog is formatted correctly but the title looks completely different. I read somewhere that my plugins/theme might be interfering with me editing the title? But I’m not sure how to check for this if that’s the case because I tried checking my theme and I don’t see any specifications for the title as such.

I have also tried going back to the wordpress editor but I run into the same problem there. Another thing I tried is leaving the title blank here -> edit with elementor -> adding a title block but that causes the title to show as “untitled” on the list of posts.

Is editing post titles formats possible with Elementor Pro?

I would appreciate any help with trying to find a way to format the titles for posts!

  1. You should be able to edit the title appearance under the theme customization section.

Elementor is more for the “content” part.
