Help with postcode and store locator

I would like to create a website for users to shop at local farms. I basically require a landing page where users can type in their postcode/zipcode and then be directed to a page with produce from farms in a 3 mile radius of their location.

Anyone any ideas on what I need in terms of plugins etc?
