I wonder if anyone can help please, as I’m currently at my wit’s end.
I’ve been tasked to create a booking form on a WP site, which has an ical/calendar feature for availability (it’s a cleaning service, so we must only display available dates for customers to pick). Other caveats are: it must be able to integrate with [Monday.com]), subsequently create a new item on a board for each booking, and ideally be able to take deposit money via the Sumup payment gateway.
Ideally, the calendar/availability element would be collaboration-friendly, as there are multiple remote members of the team, who must be able to log in and add their availabilities in a user-friendly fashion.
We were 99% of the way there using Jotform with Calendly widget, and Zapier to send the data to Monday – but now that they’ve seen the monthly costs for Jotform they’ve been put off and would like to find a cheaper solution, as they’re quite a small outfit and have already been shoe-horned into paying for both [monday.com]) and Zapier.
