Hi everyone i wanted to make a site that you can use to view all of your social media accounts in one place and post there as well. Is this possible? and if so do you have any recommendation of plugins or themes or tutorials for me to accomplish this? thank you so much community!

Possible? Sure! But you’ll need to pay big money for API access though.
I think this is what Tablet Messenger app does.

Depends how poor-man you wanna go. You could setup a vm with a browser and selenium with all your shit logged in then scrape what you want and have it show up on your website.
The fact you want to do this in WordPress makes me suspect this might not be the solution for thou.
I used to have Twitter feeds piped to my business site. Convenient for piping announcements.
Now the API cost is higher than I am willing to go, so I just replaced it with an editable box. More pain to get the announcement in, but no pain in my pocket.
So to answer your qurlestion, probably not at any reasonable budget.
