I have set up a CDN using cloudflare, from what I understand (I am not a web dev). I have WP Optimize and have minified CSS and JS in Asset CleanUp plug-in.

correct image sizes
defer js
without seeing speed results or knowing domain kinda hard to tell exactly what is the issue
