Hi! I bought a premium membership for Visual Composer and I’m really upset now because I can’t use the editor. If I want to change anything or use a template, a blank page appears and all of my edits disappears. What can I do?

Hi! I bought a premium membership for Visual Composer and I’m really upset now because I can’t use the editor. If I want to change anything or use a template, a blank page appears and all of my edits disappears. What can I do? I wrote the support, they want my login information but I do not give them. This is insane. I checked the system requirements and there are okay! I tried to use other browser but the probleme is the same again. There is an empty white blank page… So annoying! PLEASE HELP!

  1. blank page = PHP error somewhere in your system. Either get a support from Visual Composer to find the issue, or get a freelancer.
