I want to remove this Kulan text from Nav bar and footer, but there is no option in theme to remove it,
Can anyone tell me is it possible to change it in theme file editor and how can I do it?

Check Appearance > Customizer. That should have a spot for the logo. If this is full site editor then click “Edit site” in the admin bar at the top and edit the header and footer. Otherwise start with header.php and see if the logo is there somwhere.
