You mean *hosting* provider, right? If they provide PHP, but not MySQL, then you can use separate host for database (database as a service [DBaaS]), for example ClearDB, but it may be better to change hosting in some cases
If you have only domain hosting (DNS), then you need to find host with PHP and MySQL and point domain to it
