If you would like to select specific variations then you should list all of the variations that you want in the products field.
Or you can check the tag field to select products by tag in case the category field doesn’t help you.
I want them only to see one variation of the product
If you want to show only one variation, then you should select that specific variation.
If you want to select products by attributes, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have such a feature.
