Hooks and actions in order?

For hooks that only fire once, then yes it’s in order. However some hooks fire multiple times but they’re only shown once in QM (in the correct place for when they first fire).

I would like to improve this and show hooks the correct number of times that they fire, but it’s a difficult thing to do and there’a already a huge amount of info in this table. Something for the future perhaps.
