My site crashed 5 days ago. Bluehost is unable to restore. I’m unable to access the Dashboard. I have been in touch with plugin providers. Bluehost suggested WordPress support for the Theme. I am using 6.4 and the crash happened soon after that. I use few plugins which have served well for the past five years but w/o access to DAshboard, I can only remember a couple Updraft Plus and Yoast SEO (both premium) so I’ve contacte them both. Updraft Plus has backups but can’t access the site as far as I can see so there’ seems to be a disconnect between the database, site and hoste somehow.
