Hostinger website builder or WordPress?

I have my startup website currently built using Hostinger website builder. We only have about 10 pages and I’m starting a blog as well.

I’m wondering whether I should keep using the hostinger website builder or export the website to WordPress? What are the differences and advantages of using WordPress?

Also what kind are the plugins you guys recommend for SEO?
