How are blog posts referenced to each other? Is there a plugin?

[ad_1]

In many blogs, there are links (internal) to other blog posts, on the same site. Sometimes several in a single post linking to other posts that were posted both before and after the blog post I’m reading.

Is there a method for doing this other than manually? I do this manually at the moment, editing a post from last month that links to a topic on todays post, but this isn’t sustainable as the number of posts grow. Thanks

EDIT: Cos I don’t think my question is clear. How to remember what phrases or keywords are in previous posts so a link can be created between posts, rather than a manual method?

  1. Some theme offer the ability to have relevant posts listed at the bottom. These are normally collected by adding the same category to each. However this is dependent on theme or a plugin.
