In Fiverr, I’ve seen a lot of people use Elementor Pro, yet the overall cost to build a complete wordpress website stays under $50-60 even with other plug-ins as the sellers explained in their packages. Is Elementor Pro not included in that pricing even though they have it mentioned in their title?
Beside paying for the Domain and Hosting, what else do I have to pay for as the buyer when it comes to an E-Commerce website normally? as an example, just to get a simple idea.

People on Fiverr that say those pro plugins won’t add any additional cost are likely using what are referred to as “nulled” plugins (essentially a free version of a pro plugin where someone could have done anything to it, like insert some sort of virus or malware). These nulled plugins are the most common way for people’s websites to be infected with malware.
You get what you pay for with people on Fiverr. Some people are legit, but the vast majority are doing a shit job (which should be expected with such low prices).
If you’re creating a legitimate business (i.e. an ecommerce site), using some cheap crappy freelancer on Fiverr is not advised. Choose a professional design/development agency to do things exactly how you want them to look (if you’re not building the website yourself).
No one can really give you an exact answer on the associated costs of building/running a website. Apart from the domain name cost, everything else will vary from company to company and country to country.
Hosting, if you want something decent, could be anywhere from $20 to $500+ per month (obviously the more expensive options being some sort of dedicated server for a large incredibly busy ecommerce store). The cheaper side of that scale is all you’d likely need for a brand new business, and can be scaled up as needed.
The development of the site (especially an ecommerce site) could run into the thousands of $ depending on what you’re looking to build, unless you’re going to just pick a random pre-built theme and slap your own logo on it (you could do that yourself for free, or for just the cost of a premium theme if you wanted). But a custom-developed ecommerce site (designed for you as well) is where the majority of your initial costs will come from, if that’s the route you want to go down.
Plugins – depends on what plugins you use. There’s thousands of free ones, and you might not even need any paid plugins depending on the required functionality of your website. But likelihood of you needing some sort of paid plugin for some sort of functionality is probably pretty high, so that could be an additional monthly or annual cost (depending on what options are available from that plugin developer).
Some additional costs might be a maintenance fee to whoever will look after your website/hosting once the website is built. That could also be anywhere from maybe $50 – $100+ per month depending on where you are in the world.
