How can I connect my wordpress site on mobile app(wordpress mobile, jetpack)?

I have to use phone because I can’t use PC usually. I want to manage my blog with my phone but I can’t connect on mobile app for some reason. They say “This site is not a wordpress site.” I can login my site on web, but not on mobile. How can I fix it? Furthermore, I want to know the restricts when I work on mobile. Thank you!
