Nothing to do with WordPress per se. You need to know CSS/Javascript animation
At times posts like this throws me for a loop.
I mean, this is the website for a design agency, some designer probably worked for days trying to get this animation perfect with After Effects, Lottie and GSAP… then comes along a post like this.
How good are you with motion animation and JavaScript?
