Could you try adding these video iFrames, in case of the single articles, inside of another pair of <div></div> tags? So that the video iFrame is contained within them?

I do but nothing change and I cannot add the div tag for 500 or more articles.

There seems to be Custom CSS added, which applies to the placeholders on these article pages as well. Disabling the “width” and “height” rules in that CSS resolves the issue.

You need maybe fix the article here: as the CSS should be fixed.
