My main menu is assigned as my primary menu (header menu). You can see in the first picture that it’s correct – just home, contact, and blog.
When I shrink the page or view it on mobile it turns into a hamburger icon. I would expect it have the same selections, however strangely when the hamburger is expanded it shows a list of all my pages – in the oder that they are listed in the wordpress dashboard (second picture). I have no menu created that lists all of my pages. What is going on here?

Check in your menu options, whether there’s more menus that can be assigned. Might be there’s a dedicated mobile menu registered, and it have the wrong entries assigned.
