i created , a page like personal area (user profile) on my site.
i also post on this site some Forms
And everytime a user sent the compiled form, it will appear in his dashboard like some sort of history/timeline or a simple table displaying those compiled forms.
How can i made this?

I use gravity forms, which is pretty easy to output a table of entries with based on whatever you want, but certainly easy enough by user or by email on the profile page.
