Yes, you need a quiz plugin for this functionality. I built this type of a calculator for a client and found no plugin was giving one specific feature the client wanted so I had to build it from scratch.
I can give the code to you if you know how to use it to customize it for your own website. You won’t need a plugin then
Btw, when the customer fills in the form, are they recommended some products in your database? Or do you want a calculator that calculates some kind of a cost?
