How can I name the Category widget “Categories”?

So I’ve installed the Widget for Categories. So far, so good. I can see a list of my categories. But above the specific categories I want it to say “Categories” – but it doesn’t! This is probably a very studid question, but how can I do this?

I’m using the theme apostrophe 2 if it matters.
