How can I properly check how fast is a WordPress theme in terms of page loading speeds and performance before actually buying the theme and buidling a webiste? Looking at the Anomica WP theme from themeforest.
It gets a 41 score in lighthouse I can’t paste the image here. Built on Elementor its gonna be slow.

“Fast” is going to depend on a ton of things – theme, plugins, images, host, page size, caching, and your technical ability. The actual theme won’t make much difference.
I would avoid that theme just due to the face that it is only rated up to WP core version 6.2 (we are getting ready to be 6.5) and it hasn’t been updated since September 2023. A lot has changed since then.
