How can I reduce the PHP execution time of these plugins?

[ad_1]

Hi folks, I have a moderately complex website using the Herald 2 theme. My pages have around 70 images on average. I chose to offload my images to an S3 bucket and serve them via Cloudfront. Now I'm trying to debug why sometimes my pages tend to load slowly. Here's what I unearthed using Code Profiler. I'm at a loss here, do you folks have any suggestions how to decrease the php execution time for these plugins? I'm already using Redis (via W3 Total Cache) to cache my queries. Not sure what else I can do.

  1. Need more background on hosting environment to comment. For example in a shared or virtual host, spikes in peripheral resource usage could account for irregular response times
