My site was broken, and had to restore from backup. But the backup was of 2020.
However, I can download latest backup of database that contains post and contents from host site.
Posts are restored, but images are blank with only path showing, as rightly because there are no images in server.
I managed to somehow download some images from web archive github, and uploaded to exact path as shown in inspection tool inside upload folder. However, the problem comes in mobile view or other device view. Images are shown perfectly in desktop view, but in mobile or tablet view, it is shown blank. Upon googling, I came to know that wordpress uploads many version of same size when we upload the image to wordpress. But since, I only managed to download the image of pc site from web archive as mobile site wasnt available, Now I cant find a way to upload same images with different size like thimbnail, or mobile view or responsive view.
I tried Thumbnail generator, It took about 4 to 5 hrs to complete the process but didnt make any changes. There was no images generated of other size.

Is there any plugins or way to regenerate already uploaded images to different sizes or view?
