WordPress itself doesn’t have a subscription system, but Jetpack does.
If you’re using Jetpack for your subscriptions, you’ll see them under https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers/
Thanks. That kinda makes sense.
I have Jetpack running, but whenever I click on subscribers, it brings up a page without a subscriber count . I’d add a screenshot but it seems I can only add one from an online url.
It has 2 options
1. Turn your visitors into subscribers
2. import existing subscribers
I also have a plugin called “simple signup form free” which shows a box on my site to add your email address to get updates. This is what has been sending me emails to tell me that John Smith has subscribed. When I click the plugin itself, I can’t see any of these subscribers. The developer of the plugin is called Pantherius. When I click the developer name, it takes me to https://modalsurvey.com ( a very slow site ) where I see no mention of “simple signup form free”
I’m worried that if I delete this plugin and install something that is much clearer, I will lose those subscribers that I can’t even find
