How can I send contact form 7 email value directly to my mailchimp list?

I'm just now trying to implement a newsletter feature on my website.

I have the MC4WP plugin installed and it works fine so far. Emails entered through its built-in form are successfully subscribed to my mailing list and I've already sent out a few test emails.

Besides the newsletter email field option, the user fills a form where he is required to provide an email address so I can get in touch with them for a potential sell.

Is there a way to grab that email address and automatically send it to my mailchimp list so they're subscribed to my newsletter?

I'm on the free MC plan so far.
