How do get a next/previous button like these? or particular pages, and connect pages to another pages. Basically reactive pagination.

This is Post pagination, typically bate-based. Prev/Next is built into WP.
If you wanted to do it for Pages, you could do it fairly simply with a custom field, containing the URL of the “next page”. Though that’s a bit of an odd thing to do for Pages.
