How do I add CSS code for WordPress.org? (open-source version.)

I'm trying to add custom fonts for my site, but Elementor doesn't give me that option for free. (If anyone has some free alternatives that will give me full control + drag and drop blocks, I'd like that too.) Where do I find the CSS editor for my version? I've been looking around online and I can't find much.
