Here are two scenarios where we would need to use a credit on a customer, neither of them have the option to use credit.
1) The admin creates an order manually in the backend of WooCommerce for a customer. On the order screen there seems to be no option to apply the credit if the custom has some.
2) If an order is already placed or created and is in Pending Payment or similar, and we open the order in the frontend, there is no way to use the credit there either. The customer can click “Pay” button and they get a credit card form and no way to apply their credit.
Is there no other way to apply a credit than on the initial checkout page by the customer themselves?
We need to use the above methods because let’s say we need to cancel an order and create a new one. We would refund it as a credit so that we can apply that to the new order. But if the admin is trying to create the order manually for the customer, it doesn’t let him apply the credit.
Am I missing some way to apply the credit that isn’t only in the initial frontend cart when the customer first checks out?
