I’m completely new to WP so sorry if this is a silly question.
Basically, my manager has been uploading pdf files to the company website under the media tab (so they all show up in ‘media library’), however a lot of them are outdated and need reviewing. I’ve been asked to find out how we can extract all the documents back off WP in order to do this.
‘Bulk actions’ only gives the option to delete the files, and when I tried the export tab I got an XML file full of links but not the original files.
Is it possible? Please help!!
If you just want the files, you can FTP into the media folder on the website, and grab all files, then sort through them there.
