Hi I need an answer and fast(by tomorrow actually). I don’t know why but my wordpress looks like the image below and I have no clue how to fix it or what happened. Also I con’t log into ‘https://\*\*\*\*\*/wp-admin.php’. If anyone has a fix I need it and soon. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANY HELP.

With the limited info provided. Flush permalinks. It’s the ‘turn it off and on again’ of WordPress.
Please post the URL if you want folks to have a chance at solving your problem. If the website is publicly accessible already, there is zero reason why the URL cannot be safely shared out.
One or more of your CSS files isn’t loading. Either there is an http/https configuration problem, a file is missing (you’d see a 404 error in the developer console), or you’re using CSS combine and something is broken due to the combining and you need to exclude the files from it.
Also if you’re behind an HA proxy, does the proxy perform any caching? If so, it may be caching an old CSS file from a previous version of the site and need to be cleared (this would be a potential cause of a 404 CSS file error in the console).
Go into your PHPAdmin and change the site URL fields to https then try to login to the wp-admin area.
