How do I get Elementor to stretch to both sides of my page?

I’m following [this]) tutorial, using OceanWP and Elementor

At 19:42 (which is the time the link should lead to) he goes to Page Attributes and there’s this dropdown menu called “Templates”. I do not get it to appear.

From what I understand Page Attributes are dependent on what Theme you’re using, and since the attribute he selects (Elementor Full Width) is related to Elementor, it must be related to both the theme and the plugin. Is there some setting I’ve missed? Do I need my theme to recognise Elementor?
