How do I know if I launched my site?

Newbie question, I know:)

I used to have a Launch button on the dashboard. Now I don’t see it anymore. I have no idea whether I have launched my site or not. I’m still building it. It’s been taking time because I’m working and cannot spend the time I would like on the site at the moment.

I wanted to create a Coming Soon page, but I have the feeling that I might already have launched the site. How can I find this out without sharing the URL?
