How do I make my Landing Page template in Elementor as a theme or as the main domain?

Here is my situation,
I have created a Landing page in Elementor. I\`ve imported the layout direct from Figma as a JSON file.
The landing page is live, but it is not set as the main directory URL. There is a parameter.
My current main domain URL is with the random Optimizer theme.
My question is: How do I make my landing page as the main directory URL? Without any parameters?

I\`ve tried to go on Setting > Reading and change the homepage displays but for some reason this option isn’t there. Anybody can help me with that?
