How do I minify a plugins CSS/JS code?

I’m using Autoptimize but I’m still getting warnings in Semrush that JS files for other plugins haven’t been minified, for example the maxmegamenu.js file and some woocommerce CSS files within the plugins folder haven’t been minified.

Do I need to manually minify these myself by going into the plugins folder and finding the file?

Is this not something Autoptimize should be doing?
