How do I recreate these newsletter feeds? When I use posts it only goes in a stacked carasouel (3×3) for example. Building in Elementor, please help!

Wouldn’t you just use the Elementor posts widget and set it to one column and keep only post tile and date visible?
Alternatively [Ultimate Post Kit](https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-post-kit/) seems to have a couple of layouts you can tweak to get a similar feel.

Use convert kit -> ConvertKit Broadcasts widget….
