How do I remove the grey background with the title in a WordPress page.

I have this problem where I can’t remove nor edit the grey background and white letters from every new page I create in WordPress. When I don’t add a title, a blank grey background still appears. The only page that doesn’t have this issue is the homepage. Any idea? Thanks!
