How do I reverse blocks in Gutena on mobile

I'm using the Twenty Twenty Four theme and I want to reverse image and text order in a block. I tries writing a custom css but it didn't work. I tried using WP touch but for some reaso it can't load some images and fonts. I want the mobile fersinon to be text->image->text->image instead of text->image->image->text.
