I am working on my SEO and I noticed that I keep doing the same SEO pages over and over again.
I am pressing save at the top of the page when I am done, and it does not save my Yoast SEO work.
What am I doing wrong? Can someone please tell me how to save my work?

Sounds like a plugin conflict. Are all plugins and themes up to date?
Use a different SEO plugin. Yoast is bloated.

What do you mean “doing the same SEO pages over and over” ? What is an SEO page? What are you doing over?

If you are changing settings in Yoast SEO on a page/post/whatever, there is no “save” button. WordPress has an “Update” button if the post/page/whatever has already been published, but there is no “save” button. If you have a “save” button, are you using a page builder? Or something else? That is not built in to WordPress
Most likely it sounds like you have some sort of caching issue with your site. Where the cache isn’t being cleared when you update a post. Have you tried in a different browser? From a mobile/random device that hasn’t accessed the site before?
Lastly, if you’re talking about things like the photo/info that shows up when you share on Facebook/Social sites, that is a completely different thing. You have to manually clear Facebook’s/other social sites cache’s if the page has previously been shared before.
You can go here for Facebook [https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/]) put in your URL and force it to rescrape the data from the page.
**Edit:** Also. Maybe you just have no idea what you’re doing and are updating meta descriptions or something and expect Google to instantly change it. That’s not how it works. It could take days/weeks/months for Google to update your Title/Description in search engines. You can help it move faster by having a Search Console account and resubmitting the site/page, but again, nothing is going to be instant.
Do you have Relative URL plugin enabled by any chance?
