The problem you are having isn’t the size of the images, it’s that they are each shaped differently. Specifically it’s that they all have dramatically different random aspect ratios.
If you were to take these existing images and set a max height so the bottom of all of them align it will look really weird as some of your product images will be laughably small compared to others. It will look worse than it does now.
To do this right either use images that are all the exact same aspect ratio or give up on alignment.
