How do I set Cache-Control varying per page

I thought this should be quite simple using either Apache configuraiton or some kind of WordPress plugin however, after 2 hours no luck.

I just would like to allow my CDN which sits in front of WordPress to completely cache some pages and forbid to cache some other pages. I just need ability to set Cache-Control to public for some pages and no-store/private for some others.
