How do I take my design to the next level

[ad_1]

I have been using wordpress for around 3 years. Ive made some custom plugins, messed with php, css and html, and Ive developed some websites for clients. My favorite thing is that it only costs me about $200 bucks a year, and im able to create all 10 of my clients websites.

However, I’m approaching a hurdle that is preventing me from taking on some really big clients. I currently use elementor, and the issue feels that I’m sort of constrained by the plugin in a way.

Yes, elementor is dynamic, and for example if I have 10 users, and 1 user changes their info, elementor does a great job of dynamically pulling that users info up and updating the page live, without me doing anything, but there is only so many widgets out there before you have to start custom coding.

Also the issue is that elementor page scaling behaves really really funky. Like for example lets say you are viewing a html page which contains only an image right. and you go from mobile to 720p to 1040p , that image just resizes to fill the screen. Many wireframe html pages behave like this too. If you have an image with 3 clickable boxes, that image and the boxes dont really “move” they just scale big to small depending on resolution, which is amazing.

However with elementor because of the way its coded, it resizes really funky. like itll resize horizontally, and spread out, and some elements will shrink, and some others wont or maybe only shrink down to a minimum size which is not consistent.

In my experience elementor behaves really funny when you scale the pages outside of the resolution you designed them on.

So my question is – how do I make the things I create with elementor behave like Lets say figma or something which produces html pages which autoresize like an image. and then further, how do I make these figma pages become dynamic and piggy back off of the shortcode usage and meta info in wordpress?

Any advice on yalls professional workflow to really take your creations to the next level, and have this smooth and flawless “resizabilty” would be appreciated.
