How do just add an image with a link?

Hi there. I’ve just downloaded this and am tweaking with the settings on a sample page to try and get ads to display and I can’t.

I have the following code inside of 4 blocks. I’ve removed the actual links and images for privacy reasons.

But it will not display? Am I doing something wrong here.

What is the process of adding a static image with a link into these blocks and displaying them on pages?
