How do you create a sign up form ?

So, i hire a web developer. He create me a theme with elementor, but my website is not ready yet.
And he stopped answering me.

So i want to know how can i create an sign up form,
And fix other stuff that is missing. Like when you search a product it says blog and show the result as an article and i want it to show it as product.
Also, at the all department, how can i link it , for example whe you click camera: to show you the cameras.
